Ready, Set, GO!!

Hello Everyone,
I hope you and your family have remained safe and healthy during this crazy time.  I’m sure everyone is anxious and ready to get this summer underway as much as I am.  Below are specifics and details that I told you I would get for you.and I’ll try to make this simple as I can. The email I sent last week is below this email, in case you missed it.  It has details about things as well.  I know it’s a lot and I apologize,  But I need to share as much as I can and we had small window of time to get this all ready.
But first, I need you to do this for me…Please take a breath… and try to relax!  I know this is not ideal, but it’s the best we can do for now. Now, take another breath.  I know how anxious, skeptical and even paranoid some of you are about how all of this works. I totally get it. I truly do.  I just need you to not freak out (yes, some people have been freaking out).  It is all going to work out!  It will just take a little time to get used to it.  Now one more time all together… BREATHE.  Now that you’re nice and relaxed….
We are going to open on Tuesday, May 26th.  The pool is filled, chlorinated and filtering and the staff has been working around the clock to get everything looking amazing.  Open/Recreational Swim will be 11:00 am- 9:00 pm everyday.     Lap Swim will be available  M-F  9:00-11:00am
We will have blocks of time that you will reserve. (More to come on this in another email, so please hold you questions for now)Blocks will be 11:00am-2:00pm   2:30-5:30pm  and 6:00-9:00pmDetails will follow soon about how the reservation system works. We are hoping to have the program ready to take reservations for Tuesday sometime in the next 2 days.
There is a Max Capacity of 150 people during each block.  I know this scares a lot of people because you might be thinking you’ll never get an opportunity to come. It will not be as bad as it sounds.   Here are some numbers, for perspective, taken from our check-in system from last summer:
1. On a normal, hot weekday with no events we averaged around 140 people at one time.   (Guests included)2. On a normal, hot weekday EVENING, we averaged around 100 people at one time.  (Guests included)3. On a hot weekend day, we AVERAGED 175 people, with a highs around 250-300 a handful of times. (Guests included)4. On the holidays, we had around 400 people at time. (No guests)
Though there will be times when the reservations will come into play, the majority of time up here is typically not over our new max capacity, especially in the evenings. And since we are restricting guests for now, this will open up even more time for our members.
Are you still breathing?
