How to Fill out the Swim and Dive Forms:
STEP 1: Fill out one Google registration form for each student.
STEP 2: Swim students will be notified of their acceptance and time slot.
On the first day of class: Payment must be made for the session – credit cards accepted, cash or check made out to Miami Hills Swim Club at the Swim Lessons Registration Table.

How to Fill out the Tennis Forms:
STEP 1: Fill out one Google registration form for each student.
STEP 2: Swim students will be notified of their acceptance and time slot.
On the first day of class: Payment must be made for the session – credit cards accepted, cash or check made out to Miami Hills Swim Club at the Swim Lessons Registration Table.
**If we hit capacity maximums, students will be offered an alternate time slot. Members of Miami Hills Swim Club will be given priority for lesson spots and you will be notified.
