I swam for Milford from seventh grade through my senior year of high school and absolutely loved competing. I attended the Ohio Division 1 Districts Meet my sophomore, junior, and senior year of high school where I swam in team relays. I also played water polo throughout high school and was captain of the girl’s team my senior year. I am a 2014 Milford High School graduate and just completed my first year at Ohio University where I am studying Journalism. I am looking forward to a great summer, and meeting all of the dolphin swimmers!

Assistant Coach:  Trevor Hogue
Hello!  I am Trevor Hogue and I am very excited to be coaching for Miami Hills Swim Team this summer!  I began swimming at Miami Hills when I was just 5 years old and have loved it ever since.  I also swam competitively for M.A.S.T. as well.  I hold two records at both Miami Hills and M.A.S.T – one is in an individual event and the other is a relay.  In addition to swimming, I also played soccer.  I was a 2 Time First Team All-Ohio selection and was a member of the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Region Team.  I went to Archbishop McNicholas High School and plan on attending the University of Cincinnati in the fall of 2015 to study International Business.  I am excited for a great season!  Go dolphins!

Assistant Coach:  Jacob Westerkamp
Hi! I’m Jacob Westerkamp. I’m very excited to be coaching for my second year, at Miami Hills this summer. I attend Miami University where I am studying Chemistry and play water polo.  .I began swimming and diving for the Dolphins 6 years ago and fell in love with it. Since beginning my career I have swam for M.A.S.T., C.A.C., and Saint Xavier’s high school team. I was also captain of our water polo team and nominated for first team All-Ohio. I swam for Saint Xavier for 4 years. At the Ohio High School State Championships, my junior year I placed 17th in the 100 backstroke and my senior year I placed 10th. I can’t wait to spend this season coaching for the Dolphins and hope I can spread my passion of the sport to all of the athletes.
