Lesson Instructors. Swim, Dive & Tennis

Mary D’Errico- Ahoy, my name is Mary D’Errico and I will directing the Swim Lessons program this summer. I have been an American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor since 1976. I have taught swim lessons and directed various swim lesson programs in Pennsylvania and here in the Milford. I have assisted, co-directed, and coordinated this program as requested by Andy Wilson, Pool Manager for the past 20 years. I am looking forward to yet another fun and successful summer for all of our young swimmers.  If you ever have any questions about lessons, instruction, water safety or stroke development, please do not hesitate to ask.

Salvatore Marino – Salvatore is an ecstatic guy with a love for the boards. This is his second year coaching and fourth year teaching Diving. Salvatore is studying Biology at the University of Cincinnati. This past year he coached three high schools: Walnut Hills, Wyoming and Ursuline Academy. He took Wyoming and Walnut to State. He currently holds the McNicholas High School Men’s Dive records for both 6 and 11 dives. He earned 20th in the OHSAA State Diving Championship for Ohio. Salvatore currently dives for Cincinnati Diving Academy. This is his 9th year diving and he is exuberant to coach diving, one splash at a time.

Michael Neverman – I have been playing tennis for about 15 years now, and it has become a passion of mine. I have been instructing tennis for over 6 years at Miami Hills; it has been a fantastic experience. During the winter months, I teach tennis indoors at Eastern Hills Indoor Tennis Club. The past 3 years I have coached the junior high team at Milford and also helped out with high school program. I have a great understanding and knowledge of the game and I look forward to sharing that with all of you this summer!
