Membership Forms and Fees. 2023 Summer Update

Membership Fees

Listed below are the current forms and fees due for membership

Application Fee = $50.00
Initiation Fee = $450.00 (includes sales tax)
Bond Fee = $300.00 (for one share corporation stock)
Yearly Dues = $675.00 (includes sales tax)

Dues can be paid by check or credit/debit card. Please mail the check with the invoice.

Current Membership

Yearly Dues = $675.00 (includes sales tax)
Download the Membership Emergency Medical FORM and return it to the club with your membership (either mail or drop off after the pool opening date

Dues Policy

Payments postmarked May 2 of the membership year or later will be assessed a late fee of $50.

Members planning to resign should do so on or before April 30th of the year you wish to resign.  Resignations postmarked on or after May 1st will have a $50 late fee deducted from the bond refund.

Failure to make payment or to resign your membership by May 15 of the membership year will result in revocation of your membership and forfeit of any bond fee.

If a check is returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, the member must pay: the applicable bank NSF fee + a $35 NSF fee to MHSTC + the late fee of $50 to the club.

Access to club facilities will be denied until membership dues and any additional charges are paid in full.

FAMILY MEMBERS
The membership of a family extends the privileges of the corporation to all persons of the immediate family.  Immediate family is defined as children residing in the member’s household: (1) the entire year, unmarried, under the age of 20, (2) partial year, unmarried dependent, a student, under the age of 25, (3) a shared custody dependent who meets the previously mentioned age guidelines, (4) the entire year, adult dependent, over the age of 20.  *Others living in the member’s home and all others visiting, do NOT qualify to use the family membership.  Additional fees charged cover club use for your guests.

MEMBERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
The family and individual members shall be ultimately responsible for their actions and consequences, and the actions and consequences of their guests, regarding their membership participation at MHSTC.  Any and all MHSTC rules and responsibilities shall be read and followed by the member(s).  Should an issue arise, the Discipline Policy and Procedure will be followed. This policy can be downloaded here at Discipline Policies and Procedures for Members and Guests or a printed copy can be provided upon request. Upon renewal of a member’s annual membership, the member is stating that they will follow and abide by Club Rules.
