Employee Opportunities. We hire the best!

Anyone interested in working for Miami Hills Swim and Tennis Club may submit an Employee Application.  Applications can be dropped off at the club during operating hours or mailed to:

Applications for each summer are collected throughout the year and are put on file with the Pool Manager.  All applications must be submitted by January in order to be considered.  Hiring takes place in February as well as possible part-time positions that may become available  in mid-summer on an “as-needed” basis.  During the hiring process, the club manager will contact all applicants and will provide an attached “online interview.”  After receiving all of the applicants “online interviews”, the club manager will narrow the field down to a few applicants who will be called in for a Face-to-Face interview.  Positions are filled each summer based on the need for employees in each particular department.

Miami Hills employs certified lifeguards, swim lessons instructors, front desk attendants, concessions stand workers, pool vacuuming and maintenance workers, and swim/dive/tennis coaches.  All employees must be at least 16 years old to work at Miami Hills.
